2014: With Ease

with ease2013 was a monumental year for me in my professional life, yet I never quite felt at peace. It always felt like I was fighting the tide, fighting against something. Well this year I’ve decided on “ease” for my word of the year. I will stop fighting for things and people that resist, and will be at ease in my own life. I think 2014 is going to be really good!

PS: I love you all so very much for sticking with me during my, “I don’t know what to do with my blog” phase last year. Thankfully all I really needed was a little break from blogging to realize how much I love it. I’m back baby!

Thanks Salma! I have never tucked in before, but I’ve been really inspired by Kendi of Kendi Everday lately and she always does it.

    Ease.
I’ve used that in 4 blog posts this year. Clearly we are both on to something here.
I definitely would like to take it easy for a bit, and having a blog break over the holidays definitely helped get the creative juices flowing again.

You’re so funny and sweet. I think it’s what keeps your readers come back to visit you daily. Well that, and to see what you’re wearing! Glad you’re back!
