What I Wore: She’s Back!

pink chai livingSo I just did a quick search of the archives and it’s been almost 6 months since my last ‘what I wore’ post.  A bit surprising for a blogger that used to share a picture of what she wore pretty much every single day! Two reasons I’ve been posting less outfit pics; I’ve been having way too much fun developing recipes, and my outfits have been super boring since I’m spending all my time in the kitchen or in front of the computer. pink chai living

The trip to India had already inspired me to change up my wardrobe – it’s impossible not to be affected by all the colours, prints, and sparkle you see there, but I also got the sweetest email from a reader the other day that prompted these pics (thank you Richa!) It was really humbling, and sweet to hear that someone missed these pics. And honestly, it was a good reminder for me that I need to spend some time focussing on myself as life & business get busier this year.

As you can see from the pictures, not a lot has changed in my daily outfit style since you last saw it. I’m still into skinny jeans, button up shirts, and fun flats. Of course I have chopped off most of my hair – you can read all about the transformation here.

AZ0_5783rajWhile I can’t promise that I’ll go back to daily outfit pictures any time soon, I do promise that I’ll try to give you a glimpse into my wardrobe more often. These days I’m super inspired to try Indo-Western fusion looks, play with different lengths of hemlines (loving the a-symmetrical skirt trend),  and learn to do something with my hair. What trends are you most excited about for spring/summer 2015 – leave a comment and let me know.
